By accessing or using the Marquee Pinball leaderboard application ("Service") operated by Pinball Lounges LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Marquee Pinball is a score-tracking and leaderboard platform for pinball and arcade machines located at Marquee Pinball venues. The Service allows players to submit scores, view rankings, and track personal performance history.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

To submit scores, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Score Submissions

You agree to submit only accurate, legitimate scores achieved on Marquee Pinball machines. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting false, fabricated, or inflated scores
• Using automated tools or scripts to submit scores
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to obtain illegitimate scores
• Submitting scores for machines you did not personally play

We reserve the right to remove any score we reasonably believe is fraudulent or in violation of these terms, with or without notice.

6. User Content

By submitting photos or other content to the Service, you grant Pinball Lounges LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or behavior that we determine to be harmful to the community or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Service — excluding user-submitted scores and photos — is owned by Pinball Lounges LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leaderboard data will be retained indefinitely. Scores, rankings, and records may be removed or corrected at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinball Lounges LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
